Every few years I check into a hotel and am given a key to a room that has not been cleaned. It happened again here and the hotel found a nice room in the same category and after ten minutes I was in the new room. But the hotel seems stretched to the limits in the busy summer holiday season -- understandable, but not attractive. Nearby Zoo is one of the best in the world and worth a full day visit.

Ce n'est pas notre 1ere expérience dans cet hÎtel. On a pu constater la baisse générale. Le petit dejeuner reste varié mais la qualite est médiocre. Le gros, énorme bémol, est la propreté. On ne sait pas a quoi ont servi les rideaux et on ne veut pas le savoir !

MĂȘme si l'hĂŽtel est banal voir un peu cher pour le standing, le service rattrape tout. On m'a ouvert la piscine Ă  7h45 au lieu de 9h00 et tout le personnel hyper agrĂ©able. Le lit est confortable, les oreillers un peu moins. Les toilettes dans la salle de bain dommage. Mon sĂ©jour n'en reste pas moins agrĂ©able dans l'ensemble. une nuit dans chambre spacieuse avec terrasse cĂŽtĂ© bois, propretĂ© attention au traces de moisissures dans la douche bouton chasse d’eau dĂ©boĂźtĂ©e, cĂŽtĂ© chambre lit traces (grises ??) sur le draps ,traces ( de verre et autres) sur le meuble (sĂ»rement dĂ» au fait qu’il soit en mĂ©tal ça tache, dommage.
