All on all is excellent. Everything is well prepared and thoughtfull finished. You may consider reviewing the club lounge breadfast buffet. It can be improved with coffee machine and juices.

It is a fantastic facility but they did not tell me about the wedding which was taking place right below the room. The loud music kept going till 11:30 pm and they only told it to me in a letter left day before . They should give us a choice to change the room.

not a 5 star experience for sure

We were a group traveling from different countries to attend a wedding in Amman and chose the Ritz-Carlton expecting a seamless five-star experience — unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The biggest issue was the air conditioning, which didn’t work properly in any of our rooms, including the bride’s suite. Despite the staff trying to make our stay pleasant, there were too many issues to overlook. The bride’s room lost electricity while she was getting ready for her second look, which was extremely stressful. On top of that, the hotel decided to check the couple out of their suite during the actual wedding, which was unacceptable. Key cards frequently stopped working, and we had to go to the reception multiple times to reactivate them. And to top it off, two Heineken bottles were left in the hallway for two days — even after I reported them, they were still there when I checked out. This is not what anyone expects from a Ritz-Carlton. Attention to detail matters, especially for a luxury hotel brand. I sincerely hope the management takes these concerns seriously to maintain the reputation the name carries.
