Good staff, decent and quiet location. Pick up liquor here before you go to the Dead Sea or Petra, its 8JD a beer in those places. This was a great spot to rest before we went to Petra. Also Madaba has a lot to see so plan to stick around for 1/2 a day or so.

The Mariam never disappoints. The room was comfortable. The beds allowed a great night sleep. The coffee on the balcony in the early morning overlooking the pool and neighborhood was peaceful and an extremely relaxing way to begin the day. Rasha and Jawoud were very welcoming. Finally, the morning breakfast was scrumptious and fueled for the day. Love, love the Mariam. A returning visitor since 2012. As well, Madaba is a jewel.
