I would not recommend this hotel for a transit through Amman. They are hard to reach, don’t answer messages sent them through the App, took so long to transfer us for the 10 min drive from and to the Amman airport. There were no towels in the room, brown water spurted from the sink at one point, and I had to move from one room to another because of plumbing back fumes in the room.

Very convenient in terms of location next to the airport. However, the food served in the lobby bar was not a great experience. And the wake-up call which they offered us at 1.00 am in the morning, never happened. If we hadn’t set our own alarm, we would have missed our flight.
