The Space:
The Space:
On the secluded Millbank estate near Amlwch, Y Caban puts nature first without giving up comfort. A low-impact cabin for two with the sea always in view. Inside, oversized windows hold the horizon, a double bed sits on a hotel-grade mattress, and a stylish kitchenette is ready for simple cooking.
The pleasure is in the evening ritual: the fire pit lit, the copper roll-top bath filled and steaming under the stars and a supper on the barbecue. The Scandinavian design runs deep: pared back, soulful, gentle on the land. Mornings open to sea air and a wide sky. It is made for couples who want to switch off completely, with Anglesey’s rugged north coast and its copper-mining history a short drive away.

The Neighborhood:
Ynys Môn | Isle of Anglesey
Anglesey is known for its unspoilt coastline, open landscapes and slower pace of life, much of it protected as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). The island boasts a rich diversity of plant and animal life, and its famed Coastal Path circles the shoreline, revealing clifftop walks, quiet coves and wide sandy beaches at every turn.
Millbank - Y Caban stands above Amlwch on Anglesey’s wild, less-trodden north coast, with eight acres.
The town’s copper story is on the doorstep: Parys Mountain, once the largest copper mine in the world, with its ochre, almost Martian landscape and way marked trails, and the restored Georgian harbour at Amlwch Port below.
The Anglesey Coastal Path traces these cliffs. Bull Bay, the ruined Porth Wen brickworks, Point Lynas lighthouse, with quiet coves and long sea views for walkers.
Cemaes and Church Bay offer sheltered swimming and good seafood. Beaumaris, Llanddwyn and the bridges to Eryri are all within an easy drive, but this stretch of coast keeps a rugged character of its own, fewer crowds, bigger horizons.

Pet Policy
We’re pleased to welcome up to two well-behaved pets per stay.
A £25 per pet fee applies to allow for additional cleaning and care.
However, we kindly ask that they are supervised at all times. The road beside the property has a national speed limit, and there are a few spots where curious pups might find a way through. Your pet’s safety is important to us!
There are four bins in the property due to new laws announced on the 6th April 2024, there are signs on the fridge and bins themselves with instructions, if this is not done correctly, charges may be given to guests to correct this, this is obviously something we want to avoid so please follow instructions.
