This place was fantastic. Very centrally located for all the activities we wanted to do. The host was very responsive to all my questions. The family had a great time here.
The cabin was beautiful! It was well stocked with amenities. There was nothing that we needed except to just sit back and enjoy the place. The host was very responsive whenever we asked questions which was greatly appreciated!
This stay was wonderful for all of us. Even though it rained for a full day the cabin was comfortable enough and so exceptionally clean that we hardly noticed. The back deck afforded us the opportunity to be outside even through periods of pouring rain. This is our second year to stay here and it was great.
The cabin was very spacious and very well equipped for our group. We did lose power during a thunderstorm for 2 hours, but thankfully we entertained ourselves with games that were provided. The beds were very comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the time spent there.
This is by far the best place I've stayed on the Caddo River through the years. It is very quite and relaxing, exaclty what we where needing for a few days away. We enjoyed hanging out in the river and chilling on the back porch. We would definitely not hesitate to book again, thanks for the great time!
This house was perfect for us. Located closed to float outfitters and located right on the river. The house was well equipped with everything you need…even stuff to make smores! It was clean and the beds were super comfy!! We will definitely save this one and 100% look for the next time we come back to float! Great hosts!
This was our daughters senior trip, and while the weather was rainy most of the time we did manage to get out in the river a little. Thankfully hot springs wasnt to far away to keep us entertained while we couldn't be out on the water.
We had such a relaxing time. It was a very quiet and peaceful setting. We spent lots of time out on the back porch. We saw deer crossing the river, an eagle and fish flouncing in the river. We were a little disappointed that we couldn't build a fire in fire pit but there was a burn ban in effect. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return ourselves.
My family stayed in this house for Christmas 23. She was a great host and answered questions quickly. The cabin was beautifully decorated for the holidays. It was easy to cook in the kickers because all types of utensils were there. I will return again.
We had a great stay at the cabin! The property manager is very timely with responses and extremely helpful! River access right from the cabin. Drove into Glenwood to Luckies and floated to the cemetery on Third street one day and then one day after some heavy rain we floated from Luckies in Glenwood all the way back down to the cabin. Property was very well kept, clean, and the back deck overlooking the river was spacious boasting beautiful views. Definitely would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with friends and family.
The cabin was clean and as advertised. It was well stocked and was setup well and very comfortable. The upper deck on the back facing the river was wonderful stocked with plenty seating for our group of 8. The propane heated made it very comfortable in the chilly weather. The view overlooking the river was nice. It was peaceful and quite. Julia was very responsive to anything we needed and in a timely manner. Our stay was amazing. Thank you !

Our family of 7 stayed Labor Day weekend. Enjoyed the town festival, floated, fished and enjoyed family time together. Cabin was very beautiful, spacious, well stocked with all the essentials and lots of extras including family games and a very relaxing back porch. It was a bit of an adventure getting up and down to our kayaks in the water, but still had a great experience and lots of laughs and family memories. Neighbors were friendly and our kids enjoyed swimming with their fur babies. Overall great experience.
We had a wonderful family vacation in a beautiful house in a great location on the Caddo River with a beautiful view! (It is not recommended for the elderly to try to access the water from the house but you can drive to accessible areas). Lots of room for 4 generations to enjoy time together and make memories and have tons of laughter - age 84 - 1 1/2, under one roof with a lot of supplies provided! We even arrived early and was allowed access. This place is COZY & AMAZING!
Book and you too can have the chance to meet an amazing talented rock fetching/diving dog!
I loved this cabin! From the location to every last detail included in this cabin it was amazing! For anyone thinking of staying here, please do you won’t regret spending your money on this place as a nice gateway or a long family vacation. The host is super friendly and communication was great. The location is nice and private and conveniently close to a grocery store and liquor store for y’all party people! Definitely spend quality time out on the deck/porch in the early mornings you won’t regret it, I don’t. I wish I could have stayed longer but for 2 day stay it was AMAZING! This cabin comes equipped with essentials and they courteously include towels for your stay, spacious rooms and an amazing handy and clean kitchen equipped with essentials. The master bedroom is a room you will love, the beds are comfortable that you will probably won’t want to get up at all. As I write this review I can still hear the river flowing, overall to sum it up, GO FOR IT! Stay at this cabin because it lives up to its name - THE CABIN OF DREAMS! Definitely will be staying here again with the family. Thank you from such a great stay!
P.s go fishing while there especially early in the morning out in the back! Sip some coffee on the porch swing and watch the sunset out on the front.
