Park ONCE and walk everyhwere. PRIME ISU location for a family friendly Ames escape. Our home in centrally located to Jack Trice Stadium, Hilton Coliseum, Reiman Gardens and Campus
The home boasts 3 inviting bedrooms, featuring a king bed, queen bed, 2 twin beds, a trundle, two sleeper sofas in game area-All are donned with high thread count and crisp bedding.
Guests can find comfort in 2 bathrooms. The full bath features a large walk in shower, full size bathtub luxury with towels and hair dryer. There is a half bath conveniently located on the main floor.
The well equipped kitchen will leave you prepared for any of your meals. The outdoor fenced in yard is large and inviting. There is one propane grill provided, firepit area and outdoor seating.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Place and location were excellent. Host was EXTREMELY responsive and helpful. Plenty of space. Great central location. Easy walk to ISU stuff and campus town. Beds were comfortable. There were very minor things that the host responded to for a fairly new listing - minor kinks that I'm quite confident the host will refine. We'd definitely book the place and with this host again.
