The hotel was clean and very nice. We slept through breakfast because it was only from 6am-8am. We wanted to go to the pancake house next door but there was a 20 minute wait and needed to get going in about an hour so ended up getting drive-through. Loved the hot tub gets, but the chlorine was so high that when they were turned on it burned our eyes. Other than those two things, it was a great place to stay.

Had better breakfast options at other places as well as I was charged 100$ deposit when room wasn’t damaged so I was lied to about why front desk had to see my card when I had made reservations online other than that room was clean

We stay and this property each time we come to Ames. We come to visit my wife's sister in a memory care unit. this is our 3rd stay. The evening desk person recognized us when we came through the door.

The hotel was freezing. Got into our room and there was no heat on what’s so ever making our room absolutely terrible. It took at least 5 hours or more to heat up, breakfast was only 6am-8am not giving a later option if you wanted to sleep in. Hallways smelled like smoke. I will never go back

The room was nice. The towels and washcloths were well used with no nap left on them. The lobby was VERY COLD temperature wise. The staff actually had coats on when we checked in and also when we got back to hotel later in the evening.
