There is no internet, no elevator close to the lobby that I saw. There may not be one. I had to carry luggage up the stairs. The phones in the rooms don't work. After 3 days, housekeeping is supposed to service the rooms. My co-worker and I were there for 6 nights. After 5 days, I had to request room service. It had not been done. Unsatisfactory

Overall everything was very clean and comfortable! Only thing that wasn’t that great was the pool temperature was on the cold side. But that was minor compared to a nice hot tub, room, and delicious breakfast.

Staff were excellent and helpful. Hotel reception and lobby was basic. Room was clean. I stayed for one night. In the morning there was water dripping from the ceiling of the shower. The bath tub was blocked and water keep rising when having shower. Breakfast was very poor.

The breakfast were barely adequate. It was very busy and by the time I was able to make a waffle the breakfast lady turned off the lights and shut down. Seemed a bit rude and she was not friendly in the least. On checkout the foreign employee could not print a receipt and said he would Email one but never happened.
