This wonderful and charming Villa is a spacious three story eighteenth century building, surrounded by gardens, woods and olive trees, set in the countryside just outside the gorgeous town of Amelia in Umbria region. The estate is set on a peaceful hill and has a beautiful view on the surrounding hills and valleys. The villa is set just a few kilometres from the highway and it is just an hour away from Rome, Perugia, Assisi, Foligno and Spoleto.
The amazing interiors have the rare gift of feeling breezy yet incredibly cozy. The house features six spacious bedrooms and can accommodate up to twelve guests. All the rooms are finely decorated and have a private en-suite bathroom. The three double bedrooms also have a living room with TV.
The villa is provided with a great number of facilities, such as a dishwasher, a barbeque, a washing machine, 4 Smart TVs with a complimentary Netflix account, central heating, two working fireplaces, Wifi internet connection, iron and ironing board, and hair dryers.
