We had a suite which was beautifully appointed, everything you could need, it was clean and comfortable with lovely products in the bathroom and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was wonderful, it is only served for an hour but well worth it. The property has convenient parking and easy walk to shops,pubs and restaurants. Hosts were lovely.

Lovely B&B in Ambleside, super friendly staff, lovely room and breakfast was great. Property had a good carpark, some of which is out of site of the road which was good for us as we had bikes on the back. As it’s on the main road traffic can be quite noisy but they cannot help the location of the place, it was very convenient being close to everything.

Second stay at Elder Grove, and loved it as much as the first time! Super clean and comfortable. I slept well every night, and breakfast was wonderful. Be sure to try the Orange Marmalade, it’s outstanding! On top of everything else the staff was warm and welcoming. The service was excellent. I highly recommend!
