This spacious 3-bdrm-2-bath home offers an elegant swimming pool with outdoor living-dining areas and modern interior comforts including air conditioning throughout, high-speed internet, 3 TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer-dryer. We are a 20-minute walk to the beach, with many adventurous excursions nearby.
The space
Casa Uvita is a single-story gated property boasting 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 TVs, a cozy living room, dedicated workstation, spacious kitchen and dining area, plus laundry room. The private terrace has every comfort with the outdoor living, grilling, and dining areas surrounding the sparkling pool. The home and its location ensure the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience for your stay.
