Loved the place . We stayed in a cottage an it was clean. We got there on the 1st day when it was rainy an cool ,2nd day we were out an about. When we got back the cottage was very hot ,thats when we realized the ac unit was not working at all ,so I did message threw Expedia app since thats where I was communicating threw with all my questions. Never got a response. We had a hard time getting to sleep that night since it was soo hot and then the next day finally got a hold of someone . The cleaning lady came to try to figure out the ac unit an was unsuccessful did bring us some sort of small fan that needed water but that also did not work. An no one else seemed to care that we were miserable in the hot cottage. No one got back to check on us. So we had a 2nd night trying to sleep with the heat of the cottage mind u it was around 85degrees out. Other than that it was a great place to be at. Laundry facilty you do have to download an app to wash or dry and the app makes you load $25 minimum.
