Nice location, restaurant was good. Property a little run down, needs a facelift. Needs new and more pool chairs and tables. Arrived in late afternoon and porter told us no balconies available, we booked water view. Hotel not busy and saw only about eight rooms without balconies. They kindly moved us next day with balcony and non operational toilet, again waited all day to be told no rooms available. Hotel manager on duty took control once she realized the dilemma and runaround and put us in a suite for the last night. This happens when you book third party way too often as hotels trying to fill spaces.

Room was dirty and in poor condition. We had arranged transportation to the hotel from the airport which did not show up. After several phone calls they finally arranged for someone to pick us up after a lengthy wait. Website advertised free shuttle to they cruise port which turned into a $15 charge.to
