The property and the room were very clean. We were very happy with that. However, laundry staff walked in on us naked early in the morning. There was no visible do not disturb sign in the room that we could have used. There was no knock on the door either. It was extremely uncomfortable.

We have stayed in hotels in the US, Europe, and Asia. It is not rocket science. A good bed and a decent toilet are the keys. Simple, but each year the toilets get worse. How about a decent height, and a decent toilet seat. Why not a $15 grab bar next to the toilet? So our stay was less than stellar.
