Booked one night weeks ago, added another night minutes later, get at the hotel, no problem, clerk clearly sees two nights, next day while out with family in another town, get a call that we have to come back snd check out. Explained we booked two nights in total, and we were out with family on an early Christmas trip. The clerk would not switch things together and could not care less about the disruption of our trip. Never had a hotel treat us this way for such incompetence. Last time booking anything with Comfort Inn.

Honest and helpful staff. We had left our computer tablet in the nightstand drawer. A day later we realized it was missing. I called the front desk and someone went to the room and retrieved it. They gave it to my son the next day. THANK YOU!!!
