Didn’t get room I booked. Was told that it wasn’t available. Given another room with the adjoining room door did not lock and the one bed wasn’t made and the mattress looked like it was covered in pee. Second room them gave us was better but found blood on the duvet cover. Luckily the other bed looked clean. When we addressed the issues with staff, the best they could do so was sarcastic “sorry”.

Staff were helpful. Breakfast wasn't extensive but was good and the staff pleasant. The facility was nice although a few minor repairs could be made. There were some toiletries left in the bathtub which made me question how thoroughly it was cleaned.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable breakfast was good gave a 4 star just because we asked for towels 3 times and never got them but finally the 4th time we asked the front staff went and grabbed us some And also only one mirror in the whole entire room and was at the sink
