Cozy up in Sunset Hollow, a secluded lower-unit cabin between Zion and Bryce, just 1.5 miles up a dirt road off US-89. Perfect for 2 but fits 3, it offers a king bed, optional cot, updated bathroom, compact kitchen, Starlink Wi-Fi, smart TV, work desk, valley views, and a seasonal cowboy hot tub.
LISTING SPACE
The cabin is fully yours: bed, cot, bathroom, kitchen, desk, firepit, hot tub, and one parking spot. Enjoy privacy, sunrise coffee, stargazing, and maybe an alleged UFO sighting. Drive carefully; winter requires AWD/4WD. Stock up before arriving—local stores are limited.
Sunset Hollow sits beneath an upper unit and is a cozy base for Zion (45 min) and Bryce (1 hr). Most cars manage the road in good weather; wildlife is common, so keep your camera ready.
Inside, sleep up to 3 with the king bed and cot stored in the laundry closet. The bathroom is fresh, and the kitchen has essentials for simple meals. Dine at the table for two, tackle emails at the desk, and stream with Starlink. A smart TV is ready for unwinding. You may hear footsteps from above; earplugs recommended and good vibes required.
The cowboy hot tub is typically available mid-April to mid-September, weather and fire restrictions permitting. Pets are welcome with a $70 fee.
Firewood is stocked at $15 per night of use.
Early check-in or late checkout is $20 when available.
