My experience was not ideal. I had no comms for 2 hours with the host upon asking 1)the property manager 2) the man owner and 3) the woman owner for the correct wi-fi password. It got resolved but then I had these things happen during my stay:Counters and table were dirty, I have proof, so I had to clean everything and wash dishes BEFORE using them. I had to wipe down microwave and coffee maker because they were drily. Then I found old, moldy grounds in the coffee maker. I found no hand towels and no washcloths so I had to go buy them myself. I found the beds unmade, so I had to make them, but first I had to wash the sheets and bath towels because they smelled stale. The washing machine wouldn’t work and it’s because the hot water shut-offf valve had to be turned on, which isn’t normal. Between cleaning and washing laundry, I spent a few hours on this project, not to mention the shopping for linens. I found only 3 rolls of toilet paper in the house and 2 rolls of paper towels. I also find it interesting that there are no beach towels for a property that boasts a pool and a hot tub, so I had to buy those as well. The old info in their online doc the owner sent though the app had the wrong sized coffee filters and stated that there wouldn’t be any on prem, so I bought some and then found out that they were wrong about the size, and they actually were provided. I suggest a thorough cleaning of this kitchen and dusting of the whole house. I suggest decent pillows/linens.
