Swimwear Only:
Nylon or Synthetic swimming fabric clothes are mandatory.
🚭Smoking or Drinking is not allowed near or in the pool area.
Guest access
This Apartment is a part of a gated complex with a few more properties. Guests will have access to the entire penthouse, the common Swimming pool, and a dedicated parking space.
This is a self serviced Apartment, we do not have dedicated caretaker, however housekeeping is provided once daily.
Daily housekeeping occurs between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, including fresh towels and linens replenished every 3 nights to help us conserve water.
Other things to note
Respectful conduct is encouraged, with no smoking indoors or loud music after 9 pm.
For the utmost security and privacy, outside visitors are not allowed.
The listed price includes accommodation for 4 adults; any additional guests will incur charges.
Extra guests can luxuriate in the comfort of the extra mattress, with a maximum occupancy of 5 guests.
Stay connected with WiFi access, and ensure a smooth check-in with government-issued IDs
A refundable security deposit of 5000 is collected at check in.
Outside shoes are not allowed in the gym area.
