The Meerzauber de-Haus vacation rentals in the manor house are located between Altenkirchen and the beach at Tromper Wiek, 1.3 km from the sandy beach and 6 km from the lighthouse on Cape Arkona. Chalk cliffs and miles of sandy beaches are easily accessible by bike or on foot. The house has a total of 8 vacation apartments for 2–10 people, and there is an additional bungalow in the garden for 4 people. In total, across all apartments, we can accommodate 40 people. For guests who need an additional room, we also have the Lighthouse Room for two people, which features a kitchenette and a private restroom (no shower).
The house includes a large garden of over 3,000 m² with old linden trees, bordering large fields. The garden has garden tables and chairs for everyone; hammocks can be strung between the trees; the wood-fired oven is perfect for baking all sorts of things; and there’s also a fire pit available for use.
The house is located between Altenkirchen and the beach and is ideal for families with children.

We also rent bicycles to our guests. These are the ideal way to get around the island.
Make yourself comfortable in this apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Alles prima, ein schöner Urlaub und sicherlich auch eine Option, noch einmal hier unter zu kommen! Es gab nur einem Wermutstropfen: Bei der Ankunft hatten wir nach 10 Minuten in der Wohnung (Schuhe an der Tür ausgezogen) schwarze Füße... Immerhin: Unserer Bitte um Putzmittel zum nass Wischen wurde umgehend nachgekommen, sodass wir das Problem umgehend selbst lösen konnten. Gäbe es keine Grundreinigungsgebühr, wäre das auch kein Ding gewesen. So aber leider doch irgendwie ärgerlich.

Empfehlenswert

Herr Böhm und seine Frau waren sehr liebenswert und haben uns bei allen Fragen weitergeholfen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Garten hinter dem Haus war wunderbar. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, kann hier einen schönen Urlaub verbringen.

Tolle Lage, wunderbarer Garten und super Wohnung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und vorallem dem Garten!! Der ist traumhaft :) Leider muss man Handtücher selbst mitbringen :( Aber wenn man es weiß dann ist alles gut ! Auch Georg war sehr zuvorkommend uns sehr hilfsbereit :) Immer wieder gern !

wunderbar familientaugliche Ferienwohnung mit ländlichen Ambiente

Wir hatten mit unserer kleine Familie hier eine tolle Zeit. Wir haben besonders die Aussicht auf den großen Garten genossen. Die Möglichkeit zu Grillen und Lagerfeuer zu machen, haben besonders unseren kleinen Jungen entzückt ( von dem Hochbett ganz zu schweigen). Der Verwalter/ Besitzer ist sehr zuvorkommend und ist schnell vor Ort wenn es Fragen gibt. Er hat uns sogar in Windeseile unser Mobiltelefon nachgeschickt, das wir in der Ferienwohnung vergessen hatten. Alles in allem ein top Aufenthalt!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Muschelwohnung sehr genossen, ein wunderbarer Garten mit Zugang direkt aus dem Schlafzimmer, Trampolin, Grill und Feuerstelle, nah am Meer, traumhaft ruhig, der Hund hatte auch Spaß :-) Es wäre perfekt, wenn Handtücher gestellt werden würden und in der Küche eine gewisse Grundausstattung vorhanden wäre (Salz + Pfeffer, Essig + Öl) - Aber auch so kommen wir sehr gerne wieder!

Ein tolles Haus zum Entschleunigen

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Wohnung in einem tollen alten Haus. Es ist alles mit viel liebe renoviert und gestaltet. Obwohl wir nur 3 Nächte dort waren konnten wir direkt nach der Ankunft runter kommen und entspannen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und weitläufig.

Ruhig gelegenes Objekt. Großzügiger Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit, Feuerstelle und Sonnenliegen. Modern ausgebaute Wohnungen mit Liebe zum Detail. Schöne Alternative zu einer hippen Ferienanlage -abseits vom Trubel. Super als Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren geeignet.

Der schönste Urlaub seit langem!

Vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment nur schön. Tolles Haus, tolle Wohnung, perfekte Lage! Super Unterstützung durch den Verwalter. Trotz vollem Haus idyllische Stille. Paradies auch für Hunde und Kinder. Wir kommen wieder!
