Beautiful grass pool deck and BBQ area, 2-min drive to the Golf Clubhouse, 7 minutes to beach, 8 minutes to the heart of Altea Old Town. 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living spaces, it sleeps 14 people. Comes fully furnished and equipped!

Casa individual de dos plantas independientes con buena decoracion interior pero algo deficitaria de menaje (e.j. Tazas desayuno insuficientes, cafetera de filtro eléctrica que filtraba gota a gota, enchufes escasos en cocina, etc). Las casa tienen aire acondicionado en pasillos pero no en las habitaciones y solo había 3 ventiladores portátiles para las dos casas. La zona de piscina necesita sombra adicional porque el toldo no es suficiente para dar sombra para el número de personas que pueden alojarse en la casa. Como sugerencia, se agradecería un aseo en la zona de la piscina.
