The apartment was well stocked with everything you need to stay the night and cook a quick meal. The staff were very helpful and had recommendations for a local grocery store nearby with a good selection of local cheeses and charcuteries. The only downside is that is there is no air-conditioning, but they do provide a fan and the rooms face onto a private courtyard so you can leave windows open to cool off the room in the evening.

We absolutely loved our stay in a large apartment with great views of the mountain. We had a fully equipped kitchen which was great as well as a sitting area and large bedroom which also had great views and a small balcony. The hotel is located very centrally with a supermarket right next door and a quick walk too many restaurants and shopping.

We had the most wonderful two night stay. We were upgraded to a large two bedroom apartment . The apartment was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. All staff we met were very friendly . I had emailed the hotel a few times before arrival and the service I received was wonderful . I highly recommend wonderful Appart Hotel le Genepy , thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️❤️

Excellent stay. Everything we needed. The view of Mont Blanc was really good, and the location is excellent. The only slight negative was we found the upstairs to be really warm, almost uncomfortably warm during the night.

Nice place in a lot of ways, some nice amenities, and good location. My main complaint is that the apartment itself lacks good areas to sit. I'm slightly tall (6' / 182cm) and the sitting situation was just quite uncomfortable if you are spending time in the apartment. It's hard to explain but essentially the only place to sit is the dining room bench around the table, which is quite short in depth so you can't really sit back in any comfortable way. The bed is upstairs and is sort of overly soft and is two beds pushed together in this nook, so it's also not a great place to sit and drink your coffee or read or something. The place would be nicer if they'd put in a few proper chairs or something that made it more comfortable just for hanging out / drinking / eating or working, since it's an aparthotel after all. Otherwise staff were great, ancillary areas at the hotel itself were nice, and the location in Cham is great.

The apartment we stayed was spacious with great bathrooms and comfortable beds. Great did I get and kitchen with beautiful balcony towards mountains. Genepy cafe service was nice and fast. I would definitely recommend this place for a family vacation.
