Parking was easy, check-in was quick with welcoming and friendly staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable, well-appointed with plenty of hot water pressure. We enjoyed a good quality evening meal in the restaurant and returned for a breakfast that offered many options the following morning.
Good location not too bad of a walk into Alnwick. Hotel room clean' and friendly staff.
Also family and dog friendly. Good parking areas. Good choice of food for evening meals.. Overall stay excellent.. Only downside was very poor Wi-Fi if you need it.
The staff were friendly and efficient throughout our whole stay. Very convenient location for exploring the area. Food choices were good, delicious and good price.
The hotel was nice and clean. The restaurant attached was very good. The beds however are not comfortable could feel the springs. Plus the WiFi did not work good at all. Very up and down.
Everything was wonderful, wifi not so much, and i like dogs, but not in an eating place, twice, little jack russels got under my feet when carrying food and drink, but our stay, top class, will come again.

OK, but internet is shocking it is third world standard needs an IT person to come in to get a signal that is at least acceptable. Room was a bit noisy being so close to the main road.
Located on the outskirts of Alnwick a good 25 mins walk to the town centre, which we didnt mind. Breakfast was ok, busy at times. We didnt eat an evening meal as was a little pricy including the drinks. We chose to eat in the town centre. Lunch menu looked good a cheaper alternative. There was McDonalds next door if you fancied that. The room was clean and spacious and if you stopped more than one night you could chose not to have your room cleaned which would enable you to have a free drink. ALTHOUGH.. you must download the app and activate it at the bar the night before, which wasnt very clear, although this is relatively new, i think they are still fnding their feet with it. Staff were very helpful and friendly and would certainly stay here again.
