Apartment with private garage and views of San Cristóbal beach. Located in a quiet area, just a short walk from the center of Almuñécar. From the terrace, its elevated position offers wonderful views over the city and the sea. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.



The 60 m² apartment accommodates 4 guests, is on the 10th floor of the Los Ramos complex, and was fully renovated in June 2018 to make you feel at home. It features a living room, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, communal pool (open from May 15 to October 15, during set hours), terrace furniture, washing machine, dishwasher, and storage room.



The private, enclosed garage is within the building and accessible by elevator, so you won’t have to worry about finding street parking, which is limited and may be paid during certain seasons.



Bed linen, bath towels, and final cleaning are included in the rental price.



On a small hill lies the old town of Almuñécar, with narrow streets and typical whitewashed houses. After exploring the many shops, you can relax in one of the shaded squares and terraces.

Visite des petits villages de la Alpujarra etc...L 'appartement lui-même, est très fonctionnel, et confortable, et bien situé , avec la mer en contre-bas, très calme , et pourtant près du centre à pied ou avec les services de Bus ,au pied de l'immeuble. Seul problème , le Parking ,cruel manque de place!!

Pros: El apartamento esta muy bien, todo muy nuevo y limpio y unas vistas muy bonitas a la playa. La terraza genial para comer y y por la noche zona tranquila. La única pega que tiene es que no hay aparcamientos son zona azul y casi siempre esta todo ocupados. Nos resultó muy agradable la estancia. La playa que tiene enfrente no es aconsejable para el baño y sobre todo con niños porque tiene muchas piedras, a nosotros no nos importa xq hacemos snorquel.

Lo único que se echa en falta es plaza de garage propia puesto que todo el paseo es zona azul y tenía que estar pendiente de cambiar el ticket a distintas horas. La propietaria muy agradable al igual que Paloma su contacto que nos recibió y nos despidió.
