The property had an amazing view of the mountains. The location is great as well. Breakfast had lots of options and did change a bit daily so we were not bored. The staff were a bit indifferent and housekeeping was bare minimum.

Perfect location, excellent breakfast but the room really needs to be renovated. The lobby looks new and modern but definitely not the rest. Bed was comfortable but there's no power socket near the bed and everything is very old.

Reasonable hotel option. Pros: Building nice, rooms clean and comfortable though on the smaller side. Breakfast was terrific. Cons: no gym or fitness centre. Pool wasn't open in May 2026. The Barfly bar requires a 25000 KZT minimum tab for Friday and Saturday nights. Prohibitive if you're a solo traveller and want to have a (overpriced) beer up in the bar.
