This delightful 50² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. Designed in a modern and colourful style, the apartment is filled with natural light from its large windows, creating a bright, cheerful atmosphere that makes guests feel instantly at home.

The living space invites you to unwind with a cosy sitting area and a TV, perfect for relaxing evenings after a day of exploring. A dining table provides the ideal spot for shared meals, while the open-concept kitchen makes cooking and socialising easy and enjoyable. It's fully equipped with everything you need — including an oven, cooking plate, microwave, coffee maker, and all the essential cookware and cutlery — ready to prepare and enjoy delicious home-cooked dishes.

The bedroom is a peaceful retreat, tastefully decorated and featuring a comfortable double bed, another TV, and generous storage to keep your belongings organised during your stay.

The fresh and functional bathroom offers soft towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience from the moment you arrive.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. It is located on the 1st floor, and the building has elevator.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Costa da Caparica is one of the most popular seaside getaways near Lisbon, famous for its endless stretch of golden sand and relaxed coastal atmosphere. The area offers a lively yet laid-back vibe, where beach bars, seafood restaurants, and surf schools line the shore, creating the perfect balance between leisure and activity. It’s an ideal destination for those who want to enjoy the Atlantic Ocean while still being close to the capital, making it a favourite spot for both locals and visitors.

Beyond the beaches, the town provides opportunities to explore local markets, taste freshly caught fish, or take a stroll along the long promenade with stunning sea views. Nature lovers can also discover the nearby fossil cliffs and green spaces, while those seeking nightlife will find beach clubs that come alive after sunset. Costa da Caparica offers a blend of sun, sea, and Portuguese coastal charm, whether for a day trip or a longer stay.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest bus station, Costa Caparica (Av D Sebastião 73), is just a 3-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
