I didn't like that I wasn't refunded for the night I couldn't use due to the ship I arrived on changing their itinerary which resulted in my having to change hotel itinerary. I also thought the prices in the restaurant were exorbitant. What I did like was the staff. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, especially Francisco Silva in customer relations helping us with a trip to Sintra.

Amazing staff, all very friendly Great burgers - breakfast buffet was great Great looking inside, top notch facilities Everything was great Golf course lotta fun, nice layout, course conditions wer satisfactory, could’ve used an extra sign or two for directions, but after you play the 9 holer with 2 reachable par 4s you get the drift, wish their wer more carts and a cart person for drinks, but that’s getting picky I guess. Great pro shop guys like Tiago wer very accommodating. Shuttle to beach was great, what a plus. Our shuttle guy was super cool and spoke great English. View was terrific. Very nice pool and gym facilities. Hope to visit them again.

Breakfast was the same every morning, some days the restaurant was packed and had a wait. Our 1st morning we had no hot water in either of the rooms we had, and traditional wash clothes and hand towels were not avaliable.
