Welcome to this cozy part of a semi-detached house, best suited for a couple or a family with children. The heart of home life is the kitchen-living room, where you can make yourself comfortable, watch TV, listen to the radio and prepare and enjoy your favorite dishes. In the living room there is a double sofa bed (140 cm).



Look forward to the beautiful wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, where you can sunbathe, enjoy the sea view and prepare your favorite barbecue dishes. You have access to a large, beautiful communal garden with playground, as well as a shared washing machine, dryer and heated outdoor pool.



Be sure to visit the cozy community of Allinge-Sandvig for great shopping, restaurants, and more. You'll stay close to some of the island's most popular destinations, such as the breathtaking Helligdomsklipperne or the impressive ruins of Hammerhus Castle. You can reach an excellent swimming beach just 1 kilometer away, where you can enjoy the sun and the sea for hours. To the nearest part of the coast, where you can take wonderful walks, it is only 400 meters.
