The mattresses were the worst I have ever tried to sleep on. The top part kept trying to slid off. The size of the room was much worst than my military quarters. I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, updated rooms, comfy beds! Restaurant was very good. Parking and location to restaurants and shopping everything exceeded expectations. My favorite place of my whole trip!

My family stayed here for 2 nights during a 2 and a 1/2 week vacation. It was a highlight of our trip. The hotel buffet breakfast was amazing, probably the best we’ve ever had anywhere. The staff were amazing as well. The food at the restaurant was top notch. The only downside is that there is no elevator in the building. But don’t let that deter you, the rest of the hotel more than makes up for it. The location is also great, close to everything- food, train, bus stop, and a great view of Hohes Castle.

Hotel is in a beautiful historic building and very cute, but it doesn't have elevators or A/C. Tried keeping the windows open to cool down but it is very noisy on the main drag. Towels are thin and scratchy and the beds have a thin top that easily slid off at night. Had to readjust it several times through the night. Outside of the esthetics, I wasn't impressed with the overall quality, it was a very basic budget hotel.

This hotel was definitely dated. No elevator and weird lighting which gave the whole place a dingy vibe. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Parking was close and inexpensive. Location was great and in the middle of everything. Overall, not a bad option for just a night but I wouldn’t probably stay here again.

The location cannot be beat, the room was clean and overall we enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint would be that some staff were not pleasant or helpful, even dismissive at times when questions were asked. This did not happen all of the time, just occasionally over our four day stay.
