As I noted in a previous review, the accommodations were what I would call adequate. However, I was quite disappointed that there was a large stain on our bedroom carpet and the elevator was not working so we had to log our luggage up the floor, as well as only use the stairs to go to breakfast and to go to the lobby. The staff was fine. The beds squeaked, and there was a large usage of marijuana in our hallway, which really detracted from our stay.

We loved our stay! The staff was wonderful the rooms were beautiful and having the 24 hour front desk service we felt additional security. We would definitely come back here when we are in the area. The breakfast was also included and we had so many choices and it was delish. Our stay was absolutely fantastic and the price was affordable !!! Loved everything about our stay!!!

Wonderful hotel near Bonaventure University. Room and hotel was clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast had good options. If it isn't what you like, no worries, there's a Dunkin Donuts just a walk across the parking lot.

It was SO LOUD at this hotel. The other guests and all the water running was heard as if in the same room. It is a really nice place but can hear EVERYTHING in the room.
