Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean. The refrigerator in the room was not working, but the staff put in a replacement as soon as they could. The facility is undergoing repairs, but the workers were very attentive to the guests as to not be interruptive.

Stayed in room 102. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. However, the lounge chair was heavily worn, the office chair did not keep pressure (Always sank to the bottom of the cylinder). The tv had to be manually changed to hdmi1 to watch tv every time you turned it on. Remote did not change volume on the tv. Tub is stained a rust color on the bottom. Pool and hot tub were clean but could use a good repaint. Breakfast was decent. No protein offering though. Overall it was a good stay. This location is definitely showing its age.

Breakfast food is lacking. If you want to make a waffle there’s that but the eggs and meat are subpar. 2nd time we’ve stayed this fall and both times it has a gas like smell in the lobby. Maybe from the fireplace, IDK. Parking lot was nothing but ice. I know it snowed a lot but still kinda ridiculous that it was all ice. Felt bad for the guy in the handicap parking…had to park at an angle so they could find a little non iced pavement.
