This one-storey house is distributed in a spacious and bright living room, in which there are a couple of sofas, a television, a dining table and a fireplace next to which you can meet in company and relax. An open-plan kitchen, that is, open to the living room, fully equipped for the use of guests, since among other things it has a refrigerator, oven, microwave, kitchenware, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower and adapted for people with reduced mobility.

The exterior of the house is quite spacious, it has several garden areas, a swimming pool where you can cool off and several sun loungers around where you can sunbathe. Next to the pool there is a barbecue and its kitchen space next to it, where you can cook outdoors with your family or friends.

Due to its good location and the fact that it is surrounded by vegetation, this house provides the privacy and silence necessary to fully rest.
