The hotel is relatively new with helpful staff. The location is remote with a lot of road traffic in and out. The hotel has strange food restrictions even cookies aren't allowed in. Compared with similar hôtels around the globe either within the same group or against competitor such as Hilton, Sheraton, Marriott or GHA group, this is a major pitfall.

Tres bonne experience, le mercure na rien a envier du sofitel ou sheraton d’alger. Propreté amabililite du pefsonnel tout y est. Hormis le personnel au check in qui a été incapable de comprendre que ma taxe de séjour était déjà inscrite sur mon reçu de réservation qui était de 27.40e ( 3970 dinars) il a exigé sans explication rationnelle que je devais payer le double a savoir 9200 dinars ...
