Shared parking is available on-site, and pets are welcome to join your vacation. The owners reside on the property but not in your accommodation and are available to offer advice about the area. You may encounter various animals including dogs, cats, and horses, all lovingly cared for by the owners. Events are not permitted on the property. Quiet hours from 2 pm to 4 pm and 11 pm to 8 am must be respected. Smoking is prohibited in indoor and common spaces. At the pool, diving, splashing, and shouting are not allowed to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Waste separation is required with daily garbage collection except Sundays.



The property sits 2 km from the city and is accessible by car, motorcycle, or bicycle. A cleaning service is available for an extra fee.
