Located in a newly built building, it consists of a large living area with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, another bedroom with three beds, large bathroom with shower and closet; complete the property a terrace furnished with table and chairs to eat outside and enjoy moments of relaxation and a reserved parking space very valuable given the difficulty of parking in the area being close to the beach. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts, present: flat screen TV, air conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, video intercom, hairdryer, iron and ironing board; in the immediate vicinity all the main services.
