Alghero International Airport is approximately 15 minutes away by car, so you can spend less time travelling and more time enjoying your holiday.

UPGRADED COMFORT FOR 2026

Brand-new air conditioning has been fitted throughout the villa, and newly installed solar panels are fully connected and working. Both upgrades were completed in 2026, so you can return from a sun-filled day to a cool, comfortable home.

The villa has also benefited from new doors and windows, together with mosquito screens and shutters. These practical improvements complement the character of the house and help make your stay more comfortable.

Free WiFi is available, whether you want to plan a beach outing, look up a restaurant or stay in touch with home. A television and DVD player are also provided for quieter evenings indoors.

A WELCOMING HOME OVER TWO FLOORS

Inside, the villa combines a relaxed, traditional feel with the practical comforts of a self-catering holiday home. Tiled floors, wooden details and a stone staircase give the living space its character, while the open-plan ground floor keeps cooking, dining and relaxing connected.

The lounge has comfortable sofas for taking a break from the sunshine or unwinding after a day out. The indoor dining area offers an alternative to eating outside, and the fully equipped kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. An oven, hob and fridge-freezer make it easy to keep favourite drinks chilled and holiday meals straightforward.

A ground-floor bathroom includes a shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine. Having laundry facilities at the villa is especially useful for longer stays and holidays with children.

UPSTAIRS SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The first floor includes a main double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds, and a spacious mansarda, an attic-style area with two double sofa beds and a single fold-out bed. A second bathroom provides a shower, toilet and bidet.

The different sleeping options allow flexibility within the villa's maximum occupancy of six guests. Please consider the layout when deciding whether the property is right for your group; the mansarda should not be treated as a conventional third bedroom.

Important layout information: the internal staircase opens into the main double bedroom, so this room forms part of the access route to the upstairs accommodation. This arrangement is worth considering if separate bedroom access and privacy are important to your party.

Because of the stairs and internal layout, the villa is not suitable for guests with significant mobility or accessibility requirements.

One of the pleasures of staying here is being able to enjoy a countryside setting without being far from Alghero. Spend the morning by your pool, head into town for lunch and return for a relaxed afternoon in the garden.

Sandy beaches are approximately 5km from the villa, making it easy to combine poolside relaxation with time beside the sea. The Alghero coastline offers long stretches of sand, clear Mediterranean water and opportunities to explore beyond your usual beach spot.

For a memorable excursion, consider Neptune's Grotto beneath the Capo Caccia headland. Alghero International Airport is approximately 15 minutes away by car. Sandy beaches are around 5km away, the nearest supermarket is approximately 2km away, and Alghero town centre is a short drive from the property.

On-site parking makes coming and going straightforward. Car hire is available at the airport and is recommended for shopping, beach visits and making the most of the surrounding area. The villa suits guests who enjoy a peaceful base and the freedom to explore by car, rather than being in the centre of a resort.

PRIVACY & PEACE OF MIND

For security, discreet CCTV covers entrance points and outbuildings only. The swimming pool, gardens and gazebo are not recorded, so you can enjoy these private leisure areas without being filmed.
