Excellent location, right on the beach and a short walk to local bars and restaurants. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options. No tea/coffee making facility in the room, so take a kettle if you like a cuppa.

The public rooms are very attractive and comfortable and the bedroom clean with comfy beds. Staff are also great. Small point, no coffee making facilities in the bedroom or water refilling stations anywhere. Loved the views

+ Nice area with lots of restaurants within walking distance and nice beach. - We payed for sea view but got given a room where the view was blocked by a part of the building so couldn't really see the sea. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion weren't provided. Complimentary water bottles weren't provided. Have to pay for sunbeds on the beach each day. Door for the steam room was broken so all the steam would escape. The coffee machines for breakfast made very watery coffees. Bed was also very lumpy and uncomfortable.

PROS: The property is very beautiful and the location is perfect. The snack bar near the beach is a nice touch for people to enjoy a drink near the beach with live music and watch the sunset. It is pretty quiet and peaceful for a resort. Very family-oriented. Free breakfast. There are plenty of good restaurants around the property that are fairly cheap but amazing. CONS: Lacking in good service from the snack bar near the pool. Everytime we order, it takes atleast 30 minutes to come and the servers do not pay attention enough to get the orders correct. All the amenties close too early like the pool, gym and spa. Themed buffet is too pricey.

Second time here. Much busier than last visit. Reception very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very nice with plenty of offerings. Had buffet dinner on last night for €60 for 2 people with 1 drink each. We ordered a bottle of wine and asked how much extra we had to pay and the head waiter said he wouldn’t charge us any extra which I thought was a really nice touch and very customer focussed. Bravo If I had anything negative to say it would be the amount of people reserving sunbeds and leaving the for hours. The hotel should maybe have some policy to remove them after a certain time as we hat to sit on the grass around the pool

The beach and grounds of the hotel are amazing. The hotel is good but needs some tlc as the rooms are in a tired state. The view from our seaview room was lovely. It was during a holiday so there were a lot of families and small children around. Breakfast was good but not great and always very busy.

The hotel and the room we stayed was very clean. Right next to the beach, lovely view through the balcony as we had sea view. The weather wasn't very hood as we stayed at the beginning of November, nonetheless we enjoyed our stay.

We will be back!

We had a great stay and will definitely come back with friends. The resort offers a very good breakfast included in the price and the area is very nice to explore, enjoy the beach, go golfing, walk to the local towns and relax. I wish we booked for at least one more night to see more, but we have a reason to come back!

Staff amazing but hotel needs a revamp

The staff were nothing but wonderful. Lovely and helpful people! However the hotel itself needed a revamp. The room we stayed in looked a little run down. Not worth the price we paid for in my opinion. Air conditioning was not working. Had some water dripping from the ceiling into our cupboard. One of my bags got soaked as I did not recognise until later one. Apart from this the staff were fantastic, friendly and welcoming too
