It is a welcoming and a super clean place where one can stay while spending their vacation in Alexandria. The view is dramatically beautiful where you visualize the Mediterranean ornamented with palm trees and charming architecture of the Montazah palace that looks like a stunning painting with its amazing colours. The staff were super helpful, caring and responsive.

Great ocean view and beautiful beaches surround. Location is near shops, restaurants & touristic destinations. Also accessible to Uber rides in and out no complications. You would find staffers are very attentive if you come here. Certainly Mustafa, Hisham, Abeer & Osama all communicate very well and good English speakers. Nothing has gone wrong in this short stay. I recommend.

The room was super clean. The staff was super helpful. I really enjoyed my stay, the area is safe and very convenient.I actually never write any reviews, but I had to do this one, actually I lost my phone in an Uber ride, and Moustafa was super helpful and amazing. He did not leave my side until we were able to recover my phone. The view is amazing. Thank you again for an awesome stay highly recommend the place . They deserve 10 star stars.

Room spotless, very courteous and helpful staff. Amazing view from windows (though they could do with a bit clean, provided of course it's safe to do so as the room is on the 15th floor). The hotel is bit hard to find as there's no sign on the front of the building although the hotel does try to contact the guest on the day of check-in to help locating the hotel. Good tv with some English channels. It would be nice to have a soap dish holder in the shower. Overall a nice experience, I recommend visiting the beautiful park across the street with its amazing green house.

Arapça bilen bir arkadaşımla gitmeme rağmen konumu bulmak için çok uğraştık. Maalesef konum olarak yakındaki lüks bir otelin (Sheraton Montazah) konumu verilmiş. Arapça bilmeyen biri olarak benim orayı tek başıma bulmam neredeyse imkansızdı:( Yoksa oda temizliği ve manzarası güzeldi.
