We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful experience. We arrived much earlier than the check-in time, but the staff were very kind and checked us in quickly, which we really appreciated after a long trip. Our upper-level room was very clean and had a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel’s location is perfect, right on the Corniche with easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The hotel also has a pool and a lovely beach area; we went swimming in the sea and it was refreshing and very enjoyable, with comfortable loungers and umbrellas available. The staff throughout the hotel were helpful and welcoming, making our stay smooth and pleasant. Overall, SUNRISE Alex Avenue Hotel provided great comfort, a fantastic location, and warm hospitality. We would happily stay here again.

The hotel is literally located on the beach. The location is fantastic and very close to all the luxury restaurants and walking bays. The hotel is nicely located, rooms are nice, but it does not meet the bar for 5*. From many little details it seems management is not great. The gym opens at 10 (when breakfast closes), and closes at 10pm. Pool opens at 9, not for business travelers or really anyone who exercises regularly . Staff is nice, kind, but not well trained. very few understand even basic English words. Breakfast is abundant, some local dishes are very good, coffee is not good at all. There is way too much food waste.

Staff were brilliant especially Nesma. Food options were limited. The problem with the resort was the music at night going on to 3 am. We changed rooms kindly sorted out by the management, but there was still noise resounding around the resort. Not recommended for people who want a good nights sleep.

Poor service quality as I experienced the below: - My reservation was a room with King bed size, they delivered me a room with 2 single beds. - I reached the hotel late, I did not check the terrace door. in the morning, I was surprised that the terrace door lock was damaged, and it is easily could be opened from outside (my room is in ground floor) - I have to call the reception to ask for the basic things like dental kit, slipper, Iron or shaving kit.

We arrived quite late, gone midnight. Reception was open and ready to receive us. We were warmly welcomed and upon check in, our room was upgraded, which was a really nice thing. Once at our room, it all came together, there was birthday cake fresh fruit and sweet treats left for my daughter, which was absolutely amazing! We ordered room service after a super long day, which arrived promptly and fresh. The following day, I went to reception to thank the staff for all of their effort and kindness. I had been dealing with Moataz at the hotel, who made absolutely everything, simple, easy and a joy. He and his staff assisted us with everything from transfers, dinner arrangements, places to visit and advice. Staying at this hotel, has been 1 of the best travel experiences we've had, everyone is incredibly helpful, caring and will go out of their way to assist. The hotel, restaurants & facilities are all highly recommended and I would happily return again. Brilliant experience!
