We had a lovely stay at Rixos (Nariman). Room(Park view) are spacious and excellent, room service are really good, thanks to Ahmed Said. Breakfast buffet is outstanding we had hours at King Fouad and staff there are amazing, thanks to Mohammed Hassan. Would come back again!

The hotel used to be a royal palace and it arguably the most beautiful spot in Alexandria. The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. The property itself appears to be refurbished, but the quality of work is poor. The showers are open which requires a floor sink to absorb the water, but there is one small problem: The floor is tilted to the wrong side, which means the sink is at the highest level on the floor. So, each shower caused the water to overflow. The AC was rather loud. Other than that, the stay was good and we could entertain coming back in the future.

Such a beautiful property. Stayed here for a few days and it was such a peaceful experience. Rooms are updated modern and clean. Very comfy beds and no noise at all. Service was great Mark was really helpful with our luggage and dropping us off to get coffee. The breakfast buffet was good, nothing extra but decent. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Location is good but a bit far from certain tourist areas. Overall a great stay and highly recommend.

The hotel is in a very cool part of Alexandria which was once the summer place for the last king. However, it is far from other things in Alexandria, but then getting around Alexandria in general takes time. We did not use the pool nor the gym so I cannot comment
