I love the stafe. They were accomidating and were they when I needed them at the frint desk. The room was pretty good. Nice beds, good TV, full private bathroom. My only issues were the telephone line in our room just didn't work. We told them but they never fixed it. Also, the bathroom door did not lock properly. Wasn't too much of an issue because we can knock. But some of these things should have been looked after before we arrived. Breakfast was pretty good. I just think the eggs were wet and the turkey sausage wasn't cooked all the way. Regardless, thank you for letting us stay. I might come again. 7.5/10 for the price we paid.

Breakfast was somewhat lacking in certain food categories. Fancy oatmeal option and ready-make waffles were very good, as was selection of bread and bagels. However there was no egg or sausage choice most days, oranges and bananas ran out or were non-existent. No jam or jelly were offered. Breakfast room was chilly, and there was a light alarm sounding in the lobby. We were next to the lobby and could hear it incessantly in our room. No one knew how to turn it off. We pointed out lack of certain food options and were told that food supplies had been delayed but they never arrived in the 7 days we were there. One of the cleaning staff left some cleaning rags behind in our room on 2 separate days. We asked for a printed copy of our departure bill/receipt but still have not received one now a week later. Is this hotel really owned and run by Marriott?

Staff was friendly. The room was clean but the indoor pool was closed for maintenance for the past month? The front desk personnel told me it was closed for the last month or so. If i had known, i would’ve booked a different hotel that had a working indoor pool since we told our son he’d be able to swim on our little getaway. The mattresses on our beds were a little too firm for our liking. The exhaust fan didn’t work in the bathroom either. The free breakfast was basically a waffle maker , bagels or toast , cereal , milk , coffee and juice.

Very clean and modern without being santerile. Service was good if a little casual. Breakfast was not as advertised. No hot dishes were offered, as eggs etc. Bread for toast was better than most, but no pastries or muffins were on the buffet. Waffles never ran out. I'm a tea drinker and and that service was good.

The heating (thermostat) was not working properly, it blew mostly cold air. We called the front desk and they brought someone from housekeeping to inspect but no one from maintenance which is strange. Also, no one could speak or understand English which made it difficult to get anything we needed. The remote control for the television barely worked even after exchanging it. The hot water was poor, it ran lukewarm during our entire stay. Overall this place wasn’t worth the price paid. So we decided to check into a different hotel for our needs. Oh and be prepared to pay a $10 parking fee when it clearly says parking is free. I do NOT recommend staying here.

The size of the room was more tham I expected. The breakfast was great. I loved the mini-waffles station, the eggs were seasoned just right, and I greatly appreciated the variety of herbal teas.
