The rooms need updating. Especially the bathrooms. Also the room doors are very old. Generally the place was okay but definitely not castle-like. No luxury just the basics.

The pictures on your website does not represent the hotel as it is today. It is very deceiving the role I stayed in many things in the hotel was in this repair, including the doors would never recommend to anyone to stay there ever was very you are very overpriced for what it is.

How dare they charge this amount a night. Plumbing fixtures loose. No amenities. Wasnt aware of a micro wave availabe until final morning. Additional coffee in lobby area not working. Take Resort out of the title. They have nothing.other than the pool and jacuzzi. A resort is self contained. Along with activities and entertainment I saved for 2 months for this.

The lady staff mixed up my friend’s booking and was very rude to her (in front of me). My room is also very dusty. Toilet amenities are also bad quality for $250 a night.

For the price of a nights stay, you’d think they would invest some more money into the hotel! Rooms were clean, but old and outdated. Just as outdated as the grounds surrounding it! The restaurant was understaffed. The grounds yet again were in need of some TLC!

The room was like a motel in the 1970s. No carafe for the in room coffee maker had no carafe. The seat on the toilet seat had only one bolt holding it to the bowl. It literally spun around. Laminate counters felt some what cruddie. Clean but really, really dated! Hard to find on a route that winds around a working boat yard. Beautiful location across from Boldt Castle, but too expensive for what we got.

The parking lot wasn't well lit in areas. Definitely a unique layout for the space. Would recommend updated lock features. Haven't been to a hotel in decades that uses a key anymore. Overall, very clean, though oddly the hallway to our room and even the room itself for a bit had an odd odor best described as wet cigarette smoke. it did seem to eventually go away, or we went nose blind to it at least. Overall, for the stay and view it was very enjoyable.
