The room we stayed in was impeccably clean. The beds were comfortable. The air-conditioning system worked great. However, the common areas are worn down. The hallways we had to walk-through to get to our room were dirty and uninviting.

Overall , everything was fine. A little outdated, no frills but adequate for a weekend meeting. Very convenient for our meetings, meals and tourist attractions. It may not be at the top of my list but certainly exceeds many other places I have stayed. I would not hesitate to recommend the facility to others.

I liked the outside waterfront bar and grill. Bonnie Castle (as a whole) is run down...not what it was years ago. Appears the ownership not putting money back into the facility / business. In my opinion, the river side (beautiful) location is what is carrying this hotel

The room was okay, the bathtub drain was plugged .the bathroom seemed outdated The bed was comfy. The outdoor pool was very nice. We could not use our balcony because of gnats. There was a letter stating there were a lot around because of proximity to the water. Fortunately we did not see any!

My stay at the Bonnie Castle was not so pleasant. My air conditioner was cracked and it worked during the day but not so much at night. The facility is not the best but we made due. Room needs an upgrade.

The room was nice, great view of Boldt Castle & the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom however was definitely outdated. There was a Continental Breakfast which was nice, but could have included some fruit, just consisted of prepackaged cereal, prepackaged muffins, danishes and bagels.

Rooms small and although mine had some updates, there were still more to do The bed springs made noise when you moved. The bathroom old and in need of updating. Definitely far from a resort' On the plus side, the beds were clean and the bathroom towels were excellent

The staff were excellent at The Inn. The property itself if very outdated and is in need of updating. I do know they want to keep the history at this hotel but there are updates they should make. We paid extra money for a room with a balcony. The balcony is extremely narrow and the outside lights do not turn off so the bugs are bad. Overall, I would not stay here again.
