Top Step Cottage is a charming former fisherman’s cottage tucked away just off Aldeburgh’s bustling High Street. Sleeping up to three guests across two bedrooms, it’s the ideal retreat for a couple or small family who want to be moments from both the town centre and beach. Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway or a relaxed coastal break with loved ones, this cosy cottage is perfectly placed for enjoying everything Aldeburgh has to offer. Inside, the ground floor features a welcoming lounge decorated in nautical tones, with plump sofas, electric fireplace, a smart television and homely touches that make it the perfect spot to relax after a day by the sea. The sleek kitchen, complete with a dining table seating three guests and all the essentials, including a dishwasher and washing machine. A convenient ground-floor bathroom with a bath with shower over and a separate WC, ideal for freshening up after the beach.

Upstairs, you’ll find a peaceful master bedroom with a 4'6" double bed, along with a second bedroom furnished with a 3' single bed. Both rooms are finished in fresh and calming décor.

Outside, the rear courtyard provides a cosy spot to unwind with a table and seating for two, while the terrace above the cottage sits a bench to bask in the afternoon and evening sun, the perfect place for morning coffee, a lazy read, or simply soaking up the rays.

Ground Floor:
Sitting room
The front door leads directly into the sitting room area with two sofas, coffee table, an electric fireplace and a smart television.
Kitchen
With a built-in electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and under counter fridge with a single shelf freezer. There is a table and seating for three guests. The kitchen provides access to the courtyard and family bathroom.
Bathroom
With a bath with shower over, heated towel rail, and a separate room with a wash basin and WC. The bathroom is accessed from the kitchen.

First Floor:
Master bedroom
This bedroom has a 4' 6" double bed, matching beside tables and lamps, dressing table, chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom two
This room has a 3' Single bed, bedside table and lamp, a chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe.

Outside:
A small courtyard garden is directly outside the backdoor of the property with a a table and chairs for two guests.
There is a further terrace with a bench up above the cottage.
