This cozy house is located in a privileged area, less than 100 meters from the spectacular sandy beach of Port d'Alcúdia. The house, very careful and with vintage touches, is perfectly equipped and is very spacious and bright. As far as the exterior is concerned, it has several terraces furnished to relax outdoors and enjoy the Mediterranean climate.



The house stands out for its good location, near the lake and less than 100 meters from the magnificent sandy beach of Alcúdia and its good communication with the entire north coast of the island. Port d'Alcúdia is a tourist area where you will find many supermarkets, shops and a variety of restaurants, as well as a multitude of services and a wide range of leisure activities. In addition, the famous Platges de Muro or Can Picafort areas are only 10 minutes away by car.
