Cosy chalet near the sea in Puerto de Alcudia, with nice outdoors spaces, welcomes 8 guests.
Outside you will find a fabulous porch furnished with a sofa, sun loungers and deck chairs where you can relax, disconnect and have a drink at sunset, before going for a walk in the area. On the other hand, a second porch, also furnished, is the perfect place to have lunch or dinner al fresco after preparing a delicious barbecue that you have at your disposal. There is also a small lawn area, where the little ones can play and you can entertain yourselves watching them. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

From the first porch we enter the comfy living - dining room with AC, where you can watch satellite TV or have dinner all together. The kitchen offers ceramic top and all that you need to cook. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms, all of them with a fan and a radiator. Two of them present a double bed, and one has a closet. There is a twin bedroom and a 80x185 bunk bedroom. A cot and a high chair are also available. There are 2 bathrooms with a shower, one of them is outside.

The house is very well located in the area with all necessary services for vacation: bars, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, beach, etc. A sandy beach is only 100 metres away and is perfect for the kids as the depth level gradually downs and you can swim and enjoy the waves with no worries. The bus passes by every 15 minutes during summer and you can take to visit Can Picafort or Puerto de Pollença

Lovely House close to the beach

Really nice house with lovely front terrace.. Great location, and rooms/beds are alright as well.. The only bad thing is the air conditioning during the warm summer season; rooms only have a ceiling fan - no proper air-con (only available in the sitting area).

j ai réservé par le site CASAMUNDO qui nous a aiguillé sur VACALIA . Echange permanent , tout a été parfait . Tres beau séjour à Alcudia ( 3 couples séniors ). La villa est agréable proche de la mer et de Port Alcudia (restos), 2 terrasses dont une ombragée pour déjeuner c'est parfait . Prestations conformes, villa propre , super pour récupérer les clefs (boitier avec code) . Même si nous n' avons pas souffert de la chaleur , une climatisation dans les chambres serait mieux qu'un ventilateur plafonnier . Merci à VACALIA avec qui nous avons communiqué par mail et qui a été très professionnel . Je vous recommande cette villa et l'organisme .
