The property is located in a quiet area, just a ten-minute walk from the beautiful old town of Alcudia, where you will find dozens of shops, restaurants, bars, banks as well as large supermarkets and two weekly Mallorcan farmers' markets offering local products. land, every Tuesday and Sunday.



The unspoilt Barcares Beach is just a 5-minute walk away and the 7km long sandy Port Alcudia Beach is a short drive away.



The villa has private parking perfect for several cars and is surrounded by a large garden where you can relax. It offers a spectacular private pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. There is also an outdoor shower next to the pool. The views from the patio are of the open countryside, the Tramuntana mountains and the old town of Alcudia.



There is a covered terrace furnished with a sofa, chairs and a dining table overlooking the garden and pool. This is the perfect place for cozy alfresco dinners.
