Our property "Apartmentos Sol i Mar 2" is located in an unbeatable location, with spectacular views of the bay of Puerto de Pollensa. The apartment is on the first floor and has 3 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, the other two bedrooms with a single bed. 1 large bathroom with shower, a toilet, living room with TV with satellite channels, wifi and an outdoor terrace directly facing the sea. On the terrace you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner listening to the waves of the sea. Here you can also relax reading a book. Free parking on the street.

The best view in Alcudia!

If you are looking for a relaxing apartment on the coast this is exactly the place for you. The view is STUNNING. It's located about a 20-minute walk from the old town and only a short taxi from all of the key areas to visit (Alcudia Port and Port De Pollenca). The beds are pretty comfy and the living areas are very spacious. Other things: check in and out was easy, the place was clean and the air conditioning does the job!

Gemütliche Wohnung direkt am Wasser

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön am Rand von Alcudia direkt am Wasser mit Blick Richtung Westen auf die Bucht. Große sonnige Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick und mehreren verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Schönes praktisches Bad, separates WC. Die Küche verfügte über alle Geräte, die man brauchen könnte: Spülmaschine, Gasherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank. Auf der kleinen überdachten, schattigen, von der Küche zu begehenden Terrasse mit einem weiteren Esstisch befindet sich eine Waschmaschine. Die Betten sind einfach aber bequem, Matratzen gut, Bettzeug und Bettwäsche waren angenehm und hygienisch. Im Wohnraum und im „großen“ Schlafzimmer gibt es je eine Klimaanlage, mit denen man auch heizen kann. Im Bad gab es einen kleinen Heizlüfter. Die Betreuung durch die Vermietungsagentur Sweet-Homes-Mallorca war sehr gut, freundlich, unproblematisch und hilfsbrereit.
