Sémbat with sea view

"Sémbat" is an exceptional home located right on the waterfront with views of Pollensa Bay. The home is situated in a residential area called El Barcarés in Alcúdia. This area is well known for its tranquility and its proximity to the town of Alcúdia (1 km). In this walled town steeped in history, you’ll find all the necessary amenities: supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and two weekly markets featuring traditional products from the island of Mallorca.
The layout:
“Sémbat” is a two-story house: the first floor features a spacious living-dining room opening onto a wonderful terrace with stunning ocean views, as well as a fully equipped kitchen opening onto another small side terrace. On this first floor, there are two double bedrooms
with twin beds measuring 90 x 200 cm, which can be pushed together to form a 180 x 200 cm bed. One of these rooms has an en suite bathroom as well as a private terrace with ocean views; the other room has a bathroom with a shower located next to the room’s entrance.
On the second floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed measuring 150 x 200 cm. It has an en suite bathroom and a private terrace, also with ocean views.
All bedrooms have dual USB 2.1A charging ports with maximum current on both sides of the bed.
All bathrooms are equipped with soap dispensers for hand soap, as well as gel and shampoo from “Hierbas de Mallorca.”
The house is stocked with laundry detergent and fabric softener, dish soap for hand-washing and dishwashers, a Nespresso or drip coffee maker with complimentary coffee included in the welcome pack, salt, sugar, vinegar, virgin olive oil from Mallorca, and a selection of spices.
Outside, surrounding the entire house, there is a private area with a shower, 2 lounge chairs, and a barbecue.
The house also has a paddleboard and 2 beach chairs.

Amenities and common areas:
The house is located 150 meters from the Barcarés playground and multisport court.

Other notable features:
The eco-tax (Balearic Islands Tourist Tax) must be paid in cash at check-in. The amount ranges from 0.55 euros per night per person over 16 years of age during the low season to 2.20 euros per night per person over 16 years of age during the high season. After the ninth day, the rate is reduced by half.
