Summary:
Can Xeremie is one of the finest and most stylish houses of Alcudia. Ideally located in the sought after historical town, with a wide array of facilities virtually at your doorstep, Can Xeremie has been designed to impress. Mixing old and new (the house dates back to the 16th century). Blending the Mallorcan soul, high beams and brickwork, with the most modern comforts, this house is the ideal choice for all those guests who don’t want to rely constantly on a car while on holiday, being in close proximity to shops, beaches and public transport.
The Space:
Inside, the house has a stunning lounge with exposed stone walls and high beamed ceilings (loft style). On the lower level there is a comfortable sitting area, fully equipped kitchen (of a very high standard), a laundry/WC and dining area.
Stairs lead up to the mezzanine-style upper floor sleeping three people - featuring a stylish double bedroom (separated by a glass wall) with its own en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and a further single bed overlooking the beautiful lounge.
At the back of the house there is also an external courtyard with dining table and chairs.
This courtyard gives access via a spiral staircase to a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room. So completely separate from the rest of the house.
For additional comfort, the house is air-conditioned (included in the rental rate and at set times between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am).
There is a refundable security deposit payable before travel of £250.
