Enjoy one of the most peaceful areas of Puerto de Alcudia in this beautiful villa. Outside we find the private chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 6x3m and a constant depth of 1.50m and together with the furnished terrace and the garden area it is ideal to enjoy with your companions. The house has traditional details such as the beautiful well on the terrace. You can also sunbathe on one of the sun loungers or have a drink at sunset in one of the corners outside the house. The house is located in a fenced plot of 800 m2, it has direct neighbours and the privacy is partial.

The 200 m2 property is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor a cosy and bright living room welcomes us, where you can relax or watch TV while you cool off with the air conditioning. Through an archway we access to the dining area, traditional style and with capacity for 6 people. The kitchen is independent and induction and in it you will find all the essentials for cooking. On this floor you will find a shower room with washbasin and WC and another room with shower and washbasin. The three bedrooms are on the first floor. One with two single beds and the other two with a double bed. Two bedrooms have a fan and the other one has A/C. A second bathroom with shower serves this floor. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair are at your disposal. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Puerto de Alcudia is one of the best vacation destination in Majorca since the offer is complete: leisure, restoration, water sports, tradition and culture,... The house is quite close to the port, about 200 metres away, but it also has the beach of Alcanada in a walk distance, with lots of pebbles and seaweed, but quiet familiar and picturesque. If you prefer a sandy beach, that is the beach of Puerto de Alcudia. There you will find all services. You can visit the town of Alcudia, specially on Tuesdays and Sundays when the street market takes place. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
